Love in Disguise

Pageflex Persona [document: PRS0000037_00033]
By: Lyssa Cole

Alicia leads a very lonely and boring life in the beginning. Then she catches her father in a very compromising position that really messes with her view on love.
Fast Forward years and Alicia moves back home to take care of her mom. She knows she is doing the right thing even though her mom wants her to go on with life. So she gets a job and volunteers to help lonely kids feel better even just a few minutes by feeling beautiful. Here is where she becomes friends with and cares for Kayla.
Gabe is a FBI agent that has a personal issue he continues to deal with. He is assigned a case that he really does not want.
Gabe and Alicia meet and there are so many sparks but Gabe doesn’t think that he should bring Alicia into his messed up life. Alicia thinks she doesn’t have time for relationships because men are not worth it.
My take on this book:
Lyssa Cole has done a great job at making this a believable story. The steam that comes through will hit you. The love gets you right in the heart. Danger that just jumps at you. A awesome book that I highly recommend.
Till the next book ~ Nancy
